I have developed many skills - both technical (DB2, Java), and soft skills (service management, change management, communications)
I find it very enjoyable and helpful
I feel very valued by IBM - They always acknowledge good performances on a personal level.
It is very well laid out and organised, with induction and training courses. Goals are clearly laid out.
You receive as much support as you need - It's up to you.
You can get a lot of supporter from IBM, from team leads, to mentors, to HR teams - They are always happy to help.
I earn enough to pay rent, travel costs, basic necessities, and still have some spending money on the side.
There are many opportunities - both work (giveback opportunities, for example) and non-work related (team meals, for instance) - It's up to you what you choose.
