  • My role involves a rotation arround the company experiencing as many mechanical related roles arround the company, each placement is different therefore providing a variety of experiences and skills.

  • I have learnt new skills such as using CAD software to its potential and not only for creating 3D models. Also I learnt more about the manufacturing side of engineering and how it is managed in my company.

  • I really enjoy it , has been very beneficial and worth my time.

  • It is very well organised as they take the early career programmes very serious and spend alot of time and thought to provide for the people

  • They offer alloy of support and are always there to help , so depending on if you require the help it is always available.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • This is quite minimal as my course is fairly new to the company.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel good that I will come out the programme with a nationally recognised qualification that wont restrict me getting employment else where

  • Work provide many extra curricular activities on a daily basis also they have multiple socials activities sports teams networking events etc.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • This company offers alot compared to others that are on a similar programme, MBDA has been very welcoming and has enabled me to experience the job on a enjoyable journey though placements that are relevant to my job role.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to MBDA?
  • Ensure you study the company in advance and agree with the works they do and whether you feel comfortable working for them.
