I am an operations manager for wickes DIY I do audits,wages,rotas,manage colleagues to run the store

management skills,confidence, time management, holding meetings

I absolutely loved it but wasn't given enough time by my employer to do it

really good structure and well organised

not much at all Was very disappointed

I had a mentor and she was fab
