Day to day management of the store. That involves colleagues, P&L and customers. I am responsible for safety throughout the store as well as the showroom side of our business managing salespeople as well as the unit as a whole
Yes. I have learnt to plan and reflect. These are both skills I now use regularly
I enjoyed it as a whole but it did few relentless at times especially with a high pressure full time role
As one of the first cohort we had to learn ways of working
My mentor was brilliant. That said I felt quite alone and management reviews were fairly cursory
The workshops were well ran and beneficial
