Managing customers accounts and pricing, organising staff members within the branch to offer the best customer service and driving a winning team.
Many in people management, accounting, emotional intelligence and improvement in myself.
I really enjoyed the program, it taught me so much and the facilitators made it fun and interesting
The program was undergoing changes when I joined so stumbled only a little in the first couple of months however from that point in was brilliantly organised and straightforward

As much as required. Tutors, facilitators and managers were all more than willing to help me through the course
My complete management style is based on what I have learnt throughout the course, it has helped me to drive a successful and high achieving team
