Leading a night shift team in a fast pace Warehouse. Goods-In, Picking, Loading. KPI monitoring, helping the company to receive maximum efficiency out of employed staff in a safe and healthy environment.
Yes. Dealing with unusual situations, balancing pro's and odds. Learned legal requirements for the tasks at work and learned about the company in a wider view.
Yes, a lot of new things to learn and also meeting new people and making new friends during this journey.
Decently organised and structured. They are still adjusting to the company's needs but yet they have some amazing staff which are very skilled and experienced.
A lot of support received from my employer: - time off work (payed) to be able to attend workshops and meetings - advises and support on the journey - time of work at work to complete the programme tasks.
