  • Leading a night shift team in a fast pace Warehouse. Goods-In, Picking, Loading. KPI monitoring, helping the company to receive maximum efficiency out of employed staff in a safe and healthy environment.

  • Yes. Dealing with unusual situations, balancing pro's and odds. Learned legal requirements for the tasks at work and learned about the company in a wider view.

  • Yes, a lot of new things to learn and also meeting new people and making new friends during this journey.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Decently organised and structured. They are still adjusting to the company's needs but yet they have some amazing staff which are very skilled and experienced.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • A lot of support received from my employer: - time off work (payed) to be able to attend workshops and meetings - advises and support on the journey - time of work at work to complete the programme tasks.

  • A lot of support. All unknown or unclear tasks are being explained and monitored to be done accordingly and in full.

  • Helps a lot. I feel skilled for the job, supported and encouraged to become better.

  • Yes. B.I.G. group (Business Improvement Group). Charity events (Yong Minds charity organisation).

  • Don't be afraid to get your hands "dirty" as it will pay off in long term.
