i look after the stock at branch so placing orders and chasing orders with suppliers i also serve customers on the counter and phone
i have learnt how to use or talk about our other branches when talking about stock so we can cross sell
the programme was good learning some times a little to basic for myself but the workshops were good fun
workshops were well organised and good learn to be had from them and not to class room like so was a chilled atmosphere
I was allocated few hours each week to sit up stairs and do my work for the week or longer if needed my manager would also check in with me to make sure everything was okay and up to date
the training adviser would email regular and call me to have catch ups every few months
helped me talk about other branches and how i talk to customers to help them

great company to work for and very family based always putting the staff first
if you work hard and listen and take in as much as you can from people around you you can push yourself to learn new things and move up roles
