yes to be more confident in serving customers and gained more experience regarding products
I enjoyed it greatly
could have been more organised with regards to travelling to the training site as had to miss a couple of the classroom lessons
I received all the support I needed but was hard to get the training hours provided during working hours
I was in contact with the training provider and she was there on the end of a phone if needed
