Designing kitchens, getting involved with customers, securing sales
Originally wanted to be ABM, instead moved to KD, but helped my management skills for when needed
A lot of repetition in the work, and certain projects were difficult to complete inside working hours
Other than repetitive work, the programme was well structured and enjoyable
As much as needed throughout the programme

Because my new job role is focused around design, I don't have as much involvement with customers as I previously did, however certain skill I have learnt during my time do help in my day to day at work, such as being self aware about emotional intelligence
Nothing currently due to COVID restrictions
Yes
The TP group have looked after me since starting, and I do believe they are a good company to work for
Do as much research into products as possible, depending on what part of the group is being applied for. It will help in the long run!
