I am now Senior sales this entails looking after the back of house at Stockton and managing the warehouse staff , looking after stock keeping product on the shelf and making sure we serve every customer to the highest of standards
i have learned how to deal with a busy work load and hit targets that have been set by myself or other management.
I really enjoyed my apprenticeship it has tough me some really good skill which i have taken in to my role
it was structured and organised well but it was more for green and gold branches and as i am from managed services i kept having to try and relate as we operate slightly different to a green and gold branch
I received great support and time to complete my apprenticeship

i feel my qualification i gained has helped me progress in to the role i am now in.
