I am involved with the day to day running of the branch which includes routing transport, serving customers and providing quotes. Maintaining time sheets and holiday and sickness on a HR system.
I have learnt more about time management and how to handle difficult conversations.
I really enjoyed the workshops and getting to know other colleagues from around different business. I also learnt a lot about myself and how I can improve my emotional intelligence
The programme was well structured and organised
