Helping support team and manager, and taking over managers role when they are off. leading a team to success
Yes, I learnt about feedback, solving problems, Gantt charts, how to do successful interviews, implantation of plans and improving business strategies
I really enjoyed meeting new people throughout the business and learning about my own learning style ect
We went away every month, and everything was laid out by dates your work had to be submitted
My employer was amazing and gave me my own mentor
