1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

We start the day by opening the doors and making everything safe for customers to walk around the store, turn the radio on and do stock checks, then we clean the store with disinfectant. we also order stock in and sell the products that we have in stock. as a sales assistant my job is to give customers the best experience from the moment they enter store to the moment they leave, i make sure that we order samples in so customers can take them away straight away.
