My role is an Assistant Branch Manager. This involves the smooth running of the branch. This includes the operations, sales and admin departments.

I have developed many new skills. Skills that will assist me in my work and personal life. These include interpersonal skills and time management.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The program was fantastic. It really helped me improve my confidence.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

The modules were clear, organised and related to my work. The timescale of program was planned well.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

The support from my employer was second to none. My off the job learning was well organised and I was given time and resources to help me complete my work and assignments.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The CMI resources were really helpful. The management direct learning models and videos were very useful. There was something for all different learning styles.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification has provided me with confidence and recognition. I feel I am now ready for the next step.

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We have no extra activities in our work place, but i do enjoy cycling in my spare time and sometimes other colleagues do come along.
