Learning elements at college towards our Level 2 and level 3 including btec and all workshop units. this includes plc, maintenance, fluid power, electrical, lean and bench fitting. tutors are helpful and understanding. we complete all our training packs and assignments here. at this point we do all elements at college to complete the btec so we can move onto level 3. all training for btec is completed at college and not in the workplace
yes at college only.
i do not enjoy my programme with mondelez.
poor organization. managers are biased and very manipulative
absolutely no support from when i started this apprenticeship
training provider is good and they’re very helpful and knowledgeable
it doesn’t as the course has been altered that much that it isn’t what i applied for.
none
No
because the apprenticeship is poorly ran, there is no support from the employer and the employer never make contact with employees at all and leave employees in the dark about things
Have a look for better companies to take you on as an apprentice.
