Acting as a Duty Manager assisting in running a busy Trade/DIY Store covering all aspects including stock management, banking, merchandising and staff management.

The apprenticeship formalised much of the experience gained throughout my career

Very much so - encouraged me to explore further topics to aid my development.

Pretty good, was split into manageable topics.

Support was limited due to staffing constraints - had to be self motivated to study at home

Very good

Many of the topics covered during the course are applicable to my role

I organise team building social activities.
