Managing a showroom, designing kitchens, managing a designer, selling, after sales, building the business, dealing with complaints and overseeing the running of the branch and customer service.
Confidence, problem solving, holding reviews, escalating issues, managing projects, developing myself and being more aware.
I love learning, so I really enjoyed the course. I think COVID threw in some issues and we had to adapt how we worked which hindered some of the programme.
Very well, but there needs to be more prep for the epa, this is where I think I may have failed and where I am least confident.
From the apprenticeship team I couldn't have asked for anything more. From Benchmarx, I haven't found a huge deal of interest or support. It felt like I should do my own thing and get on with it alone.
