  • I enjoyed the workshops and the team that I was learning with but the pressure of extra work on top of my day-to-day role became concerning at times but this did help me to priortise

  • At the start it was confusing. We went through three versions of the learning logs, two tutors and a change of venue but once it settled down it was excellent.

  • Wickes allows you the freedom to work at your own pace and when you ask for help, it's always available but is not proactively given.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It's helped me to understand why people (including myself) behave the way that they do which will make me a better manager.

  • There's a huge range of activities in Wickes and most revolve around inclusivity, charity and diversity which I really enjoy.

  • You are in charge of your own destiny, You can progress in a career if you want to but there's no pressure to always be chasing the next promotion.
