I work in a school office where I work with a team who answer telephone calls and emails from parents and suppliers. I order supplies and pay invoices.
I am learning new skills all the time. No day is the same and I love what I do.
I very much enjoy the programme I was on. It has given me great confidence and my reading, writing and spelling has improved greatly.
Very well organised. I had contact with my assessor if needed, who was always happy to help with any queries I may of had.
I great support from employer.
The support was over and above.
This qualification has given great confidence and I now feel more in control of my job and what is asked from me.
