Yes - empathy, budgetting, learning styles, goal setting, communication styles, having difficult conversations.
It was great getting together with others from around the business and hearing how they work, what they get involved in. Also meeting others who are on different zones on the Insights wheel and learning how to best interract with them. I thought I was too old for an apprenticeship but had such a good experience, others in our department are now applying.
Extremely well. Our workshop facilitator was brilliant and very helpful. Not only during the workshops but as a second mentor to me if my mentor was on holiday or unavailable.
100% full support, all the time I needed to complete tasks and I attended every workshop so no catching up to do.
Again I had full support. Online support sessions and in-person clinics (pre-covid). When pulling together portfolio I was given gentle pointers on how I might improve my work.
I have been given more responsibility and asked to take on work I wouldn't have been able to before. I know more about team management, handling difficult conversations, goal setting etc.
