As well as this i get a lot of work from external briefs from around our site, people wanting posters or leaflets designing and different projects i work on like the Brathay Challenge. My apprenticeship was and is very organised, i always get told what i am going to be doing and what will happen with in my apprenrtticeship i was told ths from the start. my induction was very good and was welcomed to the team, training is good and i get trained in each team well, there has been a few hickups here and there but they were imidiatly sorted so we knew what was happening, i have great support at work from my manager and fellow apprentices in which we are a team of our own.
I get a lot of support from my training provider they are always there to help me if i ever have any problems and need help with anything.
i always feel supported by my employer, my manager and HR team are always there to help with any probelms i have, wether this be personal, problems with my pay, college, or any probelms i am expirencing at work. i know where to find support and know that it is always there if needed.
