My job involves financial reporting, payment of invoices, daily financial returns, keeping track of income and expenditure and reporting against financial statements.
Yes, I have gained a lot of awareness as to why certain things need doing in my role. I have learnt a lot about accounting and VAT.
I enjoy learning about the different aspects in accounting

I receive support, my employer ensures I complete my 20% on the job training.
I receive 6 weekly calls with my talent coach to go through how the course is going.
