It's organised and structured around me and my life so it was perfectly done to my requirements

She was on hand like a mother. If I got too stressed she'd help calm me using known techniques, she would always answer my calls about situations and issues I had. Couldn't fault
Now I know the ins and outs of my job where as before I had no knowledge
We have a coffee and breakfast together on Fridays but that's about it
