I have developed my knowledge of coding languages by learning C and C++. I have also learnt a lot more about the development of software and source control
I am really enjoying it. There is a lot of opportunity for personal growth and it is a business that puts it's people first
We are given the available placements within our department, and also have the opportunity to work 2 6 month placements outside of your business area
They are very supportive and lots of extra support is available and easy to access. They provide mental health training as well as man other opportunities
We are given our University day off of work as well as 8 hours of study per week. We can also take 5 study days per academic year
As a lot of the degree is tailored towards programming and software related ideas, the degree gives me a base knowledge of understanding that I build on within the workplace
There is a sports and social club as well as many opportunities to work within the charity team as well as volunteer. You are also encouraged to become a STEM ambassador
