Sales Manager- managing a team of account managers and sales people across both the schools and business sectors. Managing external contracts with partner organisations and procuring new contracts/ partnerships Day to day - supporting team, training and developing new staff, supporting clients with apprenticeship needs, meeting new clients, looking at apprenticeship strategies and helping to build these, recruitment support for employers to take on apprentices, enrolment of staff and new recruits, liaising with internal staff across departments
