I have to fix and maintain medical equipment
I have learn loads of new skills not just for my job but they are skills that i can implement into my daily life
I enjoid it thoroughly other than having a line manager who disregarded me and didnt involve himself in the program
at the beginning the college program was structured well but when I was full time there was no structure and now the training provider is Stegta it is alot more organised
I receive tons of support from my managers and my colleagues
I recieve a fair amount
