My role on a day to day basis involves a wide array of tasks. It mostly consists of beginner level audit tasks such as picking samples for testing, casting, updating and maintaining EGAs, communicating with clients, simple planning tasks and other admin tasks. While carrying out any job more than adequate coaching is provided and support is available at all times.
The programme is quite enjoyable as you are exposed to a variety of tasks rather than doing the same thing everything. You get to learn something new everyday while meeting new people as well. Also not everything is all about work as there a plethora of social activities to take part in which provide much required breaks and make the programme enjoyable as well.
The programme is very well structured with clear time tables available for future activities that too well in advance. There is no ambiguity as to what lies ahead in the course. All details are clearly set out and as always support is available from the both the University and PwC.
Plenty of support is received at all times. Everybody is super helpful and understanding.
Regular mails and updates are received. We are welcome to clarify our queries and the university provides ample of support as well.
The studies towards the qualification help me understand the reasoning behind the procedures we carry out as part of the audit therefore it definitely helps me perform better in my role.
Yes there are a lot of opportunities to get involved. Plenty of socials are organised that range from networking to charity to sports.
