Usually you are told what tasks to do and then it is up to you to make sure they are completed on time and to a good quality. Usually, if you are free, team members may ask for your support and you can help them out. You interact frequently with your team to ensure everyone is up to date.

A skill I have definitely developed is time management. This is key due to meeting deadlines. Thus, time management is something you quickly pick up and you firmly have to practice this to ensure your work goes smoothly.
