  • Auditing experience - reviewing clients financial statements, and testing transactions to ensure the financial statements provide a true and fair view of the company.

  • I have learnt plenty of new skills. Had the opportunity to gain a greater understanding of businesses and how they operate. Worked with some great people and developed some relationships. Communication skills are essential for this role.

  • It is a great experience to have the opportunity to have paid work experience while maintaining the uni experience

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is organised well, allows you to complete 12/15 aca exams by the time you finish your degree which perfectly sets you up to become a chartered accountant

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • A lot of support, especially while working remotely. Plenty of opportunity to speak to people and ask any questions.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Decent level of support, but you have to seek it. Like at any university the work is mainly down to how much work you put in yourself.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The exams help you to gain a decent level of understanding prior to the placements. It allows you to put what you learn into practice which is a great experience.

  • Yes plenty, you need to be proactive and ask about them. Many social events and sports available, will be dependent on office.
