Completing Tests of Details and Tests of Controls on the evidence provided by clients.
Developed on team working skills, communications skills. These two have been developed on the most especially due to the work from home situation. Learnt how to display professional scepticism.
A very high extent. The people I have interacted with and worked with have been very helpful and welcoming. The work I have completed has been challenging and I have found myself enjoying it thoroughly.
Very well structured. Every aspect of the programme has been clearly communicated to me. And I always know where to go with any questions.
Had continuous coaching by senior team members which has been to a high standard. Various e-learns have helped cement my understanding of the job too.
My University provides a lot of support where needed and when needed my study towards the ACA qualification is integrated with my university.
Certain modules I have studied and am studying correlate directly to the job I am doing and is constantly teaching me new things that allow me to perform better in my role.
At work definitely. They always seem to be putting on social events which contribute to keeping team morale high and a team first mentality.
