  • Developed on team working skills, communications skills. These two have been developed on the most especially due to the work from home situation. Learnt how to display professional scepticism.

  • A very high extent. The people I have interacted with and worked with have been very helpful and welcoming. The work I have completed has been challenging and I have found myself enjoying it thoroughly.

  • Very well structured. Every aspect of the programme has been clearly communicated to me. And I always know where to go with any questions.

  • Had continuous coaching by senior team members which has been to a high standard. Various e-learns have helped cement my understanding of the job too.

  • My University provides a lot of support where needed and when needed my study towards the ACA qualification is integrated with my university.

  • Certain modules I have studied and am studying correlate directly to the job I am doing and is constantly teaching me new things that allow me to perform better in my role.

  • At work definitely. They always seem to be putting on social events which contribute to keeping team morale high and a team first mentality.
