My overall role was to be a part of a team on different Engagements and help out on jobs ranging from planning to completion. Day to day I was mostly helping out Senior Associates with any work I could help with.
I learnt a lot about how an audit takes place in the real world. As well as this I learnt a lot about the different tools that PWC use to aid them in completing audit work.
I thought that with the circumstances of Covid-19 that the programme was a great experience. I got to meet lots of new people within PWC and continue my learning in a practical sense.
I thought that the programme was structured well and that we always knew what was going on.
I received as much support as I could ever need. Whenever I had a problem there was always someone available to help.
We had quite a bit of communication with Nottingham University over our time on placement.
I thought that what we had learned while at University definitely helped me settle in on placement.
With Covid-19 it was a lot harder to see the social side of things. However there was still social events virtually which were available.
Yes
Because all the employees are friendly and I enjoyed working alongside them all.
To not be afraid to ask questions as everyone is willing to help.
