  • I enjoy the programme as it keeps me busy when im not in work and allows me to perform my role better, my trainer also offers me plenty of help and advice

  • The programme is very well structured and im aware of what i need to be doing at all times and how much time i have to complete my tasks.

  • My employer offers me plenty of support in the form of my manager and colleagues if i need them

  • My training provider offers great support and is always on hand if needed, they contact me often to ensure i am continuing my progress.

  • The qualification i am receiving will help me perform better by outlining what is needed of me in my role and helping me to understand what it takes to be a supervisor

  • Iceland offers a demanding and rewarding role to people, there is a good wage available and lots of hours
