My current role is a duty manager i run the frozen section in ny store, i fill stock on shop floor, do home deliveries, i serve on tills, answer phone calls from customers, i complete stock deliveries and more.
I have developed previous skills as i had a good amount of knowledge beforehand, customer service and team leader skills are the main skills i have improved on
I enjoy learning how i can develop this skills i have and to learn new skills along the way!
Due to covid-19 it isnt as structured as it normally would be but it is still going well and smoothly
I recieve as much support as i need at all times
I recieve all the help i need
Having more information about my role makes it a lot easier as you understand how to do things easier/better

Iceland is a welcoming company that is easy to work for, any questions you asked will be answered in detail and a majority of the staff are friendly and welcoming
A tip that goes for any place you are new to is to ask any questions you need an answer to, it will always help you in the long run and never be embarrassed to ask for help from anyone
