I am the registered manager of a 19 bedded care home, this involves overseeing, planning, auditing, the care of 19 residents. The employment, supervision and management of 21 staff, care, housekeeping, handyman and catering staff. Keeping up to date with legislation and compliance issues of the Local Authority CQC, Social Services, Health and Safety, Food hygiene, HR. The business, financial side of the company.
I have both learned new skills and consolidated existing ones which has given me renewed confidence.

I feel the successful completion of this qualification to be really important to me in carrying out the role that I do.

I found them to be a very professional organisation, who normally used IT well, but in the light of Covid-19 it worked really well.
I would firmly recommend this company to others.
