Supporting the electrical engineering team in delivering projects. Often shadowing colleagues in order to learn skills including computer assisted design and system design considerations.

I really enjoy my apprenticeship. I like my team, I find day to day work interesting and I feel I get the praise and recognition that is deserved. My experienced has surpassed my expectations.
Troup Bywater's part of the programme is very well structured and support available is made clear. There are sometimes problems with organisation on London Southbank Universities part, but these don't often become much of a problem, just short term confusion. I have many colleagues who are available to help me as they have completed the same course.
The support offered is more than enough.
Support is available to help me with my university studies.
My studies at university are important for me to understand the industry so therefore I feel they greatly increase my performance in my job role.
Yes there are often many events that include guests and ones also that are Troup Bywater's employee only which help develop interpersonal relationships with colleagues. I have found these to be very useful. There are also a few sports teams who play friendly games.
