My role in the iceland is to carry out stock handling, dealing with customers needs and advising customers on the delivery services we offer in store. Cash handling. When my manager not in store I step up to the role of dealing with customer complaints and their inquiry.
Since I started the apprenticeship I have learnt new skills on how to deal with customer want, need and desire. I learnt how much social media impact on the business I work at.
I enjoy the fact I am learning new skills which help improve how I react to customer and how I set goal for myself I'm work.
I feel it well balanced it been a bit difficult our the Christmas period as I have more hours at work and been finishing later but have been able to keep up with my work load.
I haven't needed much support at the moment as I have been able to do the things I have been set
I feel that [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] is there to support we when I need any support but at the moment I haven't had to use him.
I feel it have started to think alot more before dealing with any situation to enough the best outcome happens.

I feel that there are loads of opportunities to develop.
Be willing to work different sections and your be dealing with different customers throughout the day. Be able to juggle your work load.
