I am a customer advisor at the checkouts which involves serving customers on the tills and answering any questions they may have. I also work on the returns desk which involves dealing with difficult customers with complaints and giving customers refund for unwanted or faulty items
I have learned many new skills while doing the course. These have increased my confidence
I enjoy the programme a lot
The programme is very well organised. My tasks are emailed and clearly set out.
I am supported when I need to have meetings during work time however I do not get time to complete any questions during work.
