My role is to serve customers on the till and help out on stock when needed. I’ve also got a little experience with sorting deliveries
I’ve learned about different types of customers and how they effect the work place and need to be treated differently
I enjoy my programme, but i don’t feel like it’s the full 100% with Covid :(
Very well organised!
I receive a lot of support from my employer and my manager is also there if I get stuck.
My training provider is really supportive and she always makes it known that she’s there whenever i need help
I’m still too early in the programme to say.
We do charity events mainly which are always different
Yes
It’s a good company to work for as they help you better yourself and you can always progress
Don’t be put off by the awkward customers and enjoy it
