I help push stock out on the store floor aswell as in going onto the tills and helping serve customers and giving them a great experience when in the shop.
I have learnt a bunch of skills when working in iceland. I have learnt how to manage customers alot more better and new and more efficient ways to put stock out.
I enjoy my programme a lot because it helps me progress in my future and career.
It is very well structured.
I recieve a fair amount of support.
I receive more than enough support.
It helps make me alot more confident in my position in Iceland.
No not really but that's mainly due to covid.
Yes
I would recommend Iceland because it is a great first job to get started in and learn a bunch of new skills as well as getting to meet new workers.
I would say to work how and try and get as many hours in as you possibly can and treat everyone with respect.
