Some days i have stock days where i work deliveries. Some days i have till shifts. I pack home deliveries, deal with customers, date check chilled items, reduce food, scan off waste and take in direct deliveries.
I have learnt how to deal with a variety of customers effectively , developed my time management skills
i enjoy my programme as i have enough time to complete task and helps me with future promotions where i can work up the career ladder.

it helps me develop new skills which enables me to train future young starters and maybe get promotions in the future
we have christmas parties and other social events which are fun and good for team building
