My role is to manage the team that are below me. Tell them my expectations for when I'm on shift and delegate the task at hand. I also help stock handel and work what is needed.
I have learnt new skills if I'm honest alot is just dogging through policies myself or asking certain people.
I enjoy it with my trainer hes been brilliant but if I'm honest I'm not getting the hours I'm entitled too I store to learn which is making me feel like I want to quit.
