I’m retail assistant so this can be anything to checkout, stock and onlines.
I’ve learnt how to do with customers better.
I enjoy the programme a lot for someone who hasn’t been in the business for long. It helps me get understanding of the retail industry.
It’s very organised and structured.
They always give me support and help as much as they can.
They always tell me how to get the maximum grade.
It gives me a better understanding about my role in the business.
There is social activities for example at Christmas.

Great way to start for people at my age. Very friendly staff.
