I work as a duty manager and i am using this course to gain skills, experience and confidence to complete my supervisor training.
As i am at the start of this course i am developing existing skills. But i am also learning new skills on how to communicate with my team .
My trainer is really easy to talk to and always there when i need help.
Bit confusing at 1st but isn't everything. But really easy once in the swing of things.
My employer is behind me all the way and trys his hardest to sit down with me when needed
As much support as i need
Even just starting it has made me change my way of communicating with my team and understand peoples needs.
Due to covid no but before we would have staff days out etc
Yes

Show your keen and passionate about the job and you will go far.
