I am a apprenticeship deputy manager,I run the store on a daily basis 9 hours a day, I manage around 23 members of staff a week, I do stock handling, cash, checkouts, reports, date checking, reductions, complaints, compliments ,charity ,
Yes I have recently learnt how to manage my colleagues better in a more productive way, I have also learnt more about the company and what is expected

80% Purley because my store manager isn't very supportive with regards to completing endorsements for Me but my area manager is very supportive and gives me plenty od opportunities
My trainer is amazing and gives me everything I need to succeed and always checks up on me
I have learnt so much within the last 6months that I wouldn't of gotten anywhere else..and I am confident I will pass
