I am on a four monthly placement rotation around different departments in the company so my daily role changes often.

Internally with the training department, not very organised with arranging our placements/reviews. With the College, again not always entirely organised due to this being a new apprenticeship.
What I have learnt from the business admin qualification hasn't necessarily enhanced my skills within the workplace as the departments I work in are technical based and don't require administration more business skills. Project management learning has helped me perform better in my role.
Yes lots. I have been on various committees for Flying Start Challenge, Cool Aeronautics, AWASA etc. In March 2020 I had the opportunity to visit the HMS Prince of Wales.

It is a large employer in my town and has opportunities for progressing in a career.
There are lots of opportunities to get exposure in various different departments in the company and lots of extra-curricular activities for personal development.
