My role if very involved has a lot of interaction and needs good time management and god people skills
Yes I have I have learnt things like cashing up, how to manage a team better etc.
I really enjoyed this program it gives me the chance to develop and learn
It is very well organised with remote meetings scheduled every month to make sure I am doing okay
I receive a fair amount but being in a large store the managers are busy a lot
My trainer is always there to support me if I need him weather it be by text call or email he always responds
I feel it really helps me because I can ask my trainer if I feel I need advise on something I maybe doing wrong
