  • I am a supervisor in store. My role means I am responsible for ensuring all products are available to customer, the shop is presentable, safe and legal and that as a store we hit all KPI targets

  • I have learnt to actively listen to staff and customers. I have learnt the importance of commercial merchandising and how it effects the point of view of the customer
