I am a supervisor in store. My role means I am responsible for ensuring all products are available to customer, the shop is presentable, safe and legal and that as a store we hit all KPI targets
I have learnt to actively listen to staff and customers. I have learnt the importance of commercial merchandising and how it effects the point of view of the customer
It was well structured with monthly catch up session with my tutor
I received as much support from my employer as I needed. They were excited to see my growth
I received all the support I needed to pass my qualification with a distinction, they knew how important it was to me
I feel that it helps day to day, when approaching a new situation I take a step back and assess properly how I should approach it
