I am a duty manager. This role involves opening/closing the store, cashing up, supervising staff, dealing with customer queries, ensuring smooth flow of home deliveries, stacking shelves, operating the till
I have learned how to cash up, build relationships with staff and customers, develop my knowledge in customer service and how to develop myself
I enjoy the programme as it helps me to develop and refine my knowledge about working in retail and this helps me in my work life
The communication is good as My trainer is in constant contact with me and is available whenever I need him. The work itself is also organised and structured in a way I am happy to complete it
My employer is very helpful and is there to assist me when I need it
