My role is to look after children and help give them the best start in life. I partake in day to day tasks and help plan and support children’s development. I do training to help build up my knowledge in my workplace.
In the 3 years I’ve been at Oakley, I’ve learnt so much about the ins and outs of how a nursery setting works and how to plan for the correct age and stage of development for the children
I’ve started my level 3 at Oakley with bud and it’s been amazing so far
Very well structured! My assessor is always on point with my work
A lot of support, they know how much I want this after a bad start to a previous level 3 course who unfortunately went bust.
I receive a lot of help and my assessor is always willing to simplify or explain things if I need it.
It gives me a wider range of knowledge of childcare and how to look after them.

Because they picked up where my previous course left off and I’m now due to finish in April which I never thought would happen!
