Managing staff on daily basic. Providing. Care for people in community. Assessing client needs. Review client needs. Deal with safeguarding issues. Supervising staff. Create support plans. Work with other professionals.
Developed existing skills and theories applied to learning.
Researching information in relation to role. Reflective practice.
Very good. At a pace that was achievable.
Did not always rely on employer support. Managed to do much for myself. Support came in way of evidencing my work.
The first two very little as they left for their own reasons. Third trainer provided was excellent. Explained how it worked in much more detail. Full of encouragement.

There is a gym at the office which is for all companies working there. No other facilities.
